After-sales service commitment1. Since the purchasing date, all the Products (supplies, accessories but except for the L-series) assume one-year warranty and lifetime maintenance.
2. Free warranty exclude those breakdown listed below, but enjoy the conditional maintenance services (the cost of materials will collected).

C, because of natural disasters or other force majeure resulting product damage.

3. During the warranty period, in case of on-site service, customers are required to pay the travel fee, Our staffs and our distributors have the right to decide whether to provide on-site service depends on the distances.
